Arrived and the building is vacant and unsecured in several areas. This building had a fire and has been cleaned out and the wall covering has been removed through out and the wood framing has been sealed with sealer. Some of the openings have been covered with plywood and different than when covered at the time of the fire. Did call the owner and got no answer and was able to leave a message. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. While doing the securement, the owner did call and was made aware of the securing of the property. The owner was asking if all the openings will be secured and the owner was advised that only the openings unsecured will be secured today. Did do the posting of the N.O.V. to Vacate the building and the Do Not Enter on the front entrance area. Had a freezer on the rear of the building that was opened and the door has been removed from the freezer and was able to find the door on site. Did place the door inside the freezer before securing the opening. The rear gate was blocked off with plywood to not allow access to the rear area. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
