Upon arrival at the rear of the building of Urbane located at 1021 N. Tyndall Ave, there was water flowing out of the storm water drainage. Inspector Gonzalez attempted contact with management which was unavailable, front desk staff contacted the maintenance supervisor to review complaint that Code Enforcement has received. Maintenance Supervisor explained the pool was in need of service and has drained the pool and currently the decking was being power washed. |
