ACCORDING TO ABUTTING UNITS THAT HAD SIMILAR ISSUES (UNIT 3 AND 2) OWNER HIRED A PLUMBER TO UNCLOGGED THE SEWER LINE. THEY ARE NO LONGER HAVING ISSUES WITH THE SEWER DRAINS AT THIS TIME CLOSING CASE. |
