Met the owner on site and went over on the trash and debris in the front yard by the vehicle that is being worked on in the front yard. The owner stated that the trash and debris will be picked up by this week and the tenant is working on the vehiled and trying to find the parts he needs to replace the old. Will check in 10 days.
