Arrived on site along with Inspector Mendoza, unable to reach owner today to get ok to enter the property. Inspected the propety from the golf course side. Found no comercial vehicles on the property today, water taker, semi, large excavator, and rolling compactor, no longer on site. small equipment is being used for a project on his side yard, no violation at this point will close out this case |

Made contact with Rolling Hills Golf Course, was given approval to enter the course to get a look at the rear yard of the property where I saw a large dump truck in rear yard along with the water taker truck in side yard. Will move to NOV |
