MULTIPLE ADDRESS HAVE BEEN GIVEN FOR THIS SAME COMPLAINT, BUT THE COMPLAINT SAYS IT IS AT SPEEDWAY AND PARK. CODE ENFORCEMENT HAS BEEN BY THE PROJECT CONCERNING SEVERAL EARLY MORNING START COMPLAINTS. DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES DEPT HAS STATED THAT THE PROJECT IS UP TO DATE ON THEIR EARLY MORNING STARTS THAT ALLOWS THEM TO WORK OUTSIDE OF NORMAL HOURS UNDER PERMIT. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE. |
