01/06/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REVISITED SITE, FOUND BURNED PORCH AND CAR JUST OUTSIDE THE PORCH STILL REMAINS. DEBRIS THRU OUT THE REAR YARD REMAINS. TRASH AND DEBRIS IN THE FRONT YARD REMAINS. IT APPEARS THAT THE SHADED PARKING AREA IN THE FRONT YARD WAS CLEANED. GATES WERE LOCKED AND LARGE DOG INSIDE THE YARD DID NOT ALLOW ME TO LOOK INSIDE THE HOUSE. I WAS INFORMED THAT THE OWNER WAS RUNNING A GENERATOR AND LIVING IN THE HOUSE, THIS IS MY SECOND INSPECTION TO DETERMINE IF THE OWNER IS LIVING AT THE PROPERTY, I FOUND NO BODY AND DID NOT HEAR OR SEE A GENERATOR. THE DOG WAS THE ONLY THING I SAW. I WILL REFER THIS CASE TO RICHARD VIDALS, 2019 COURT CASE THAT WAS RECENTLY RESET TO A MARCH COURT DATE.
12/15/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOUND THAT OWNER OF THE PROPERTY HAD MISSED HIS 11/17/2020 COURT DATE WITH RICHARD VIDAL AND THAT HIS NEXT HEARING IS SET FOR 3/02/2021
10/21/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved LATER RECEIVED A CALL FROM RICHARD VIDAL INFORMING ME THAT HE DID HAVE A OPEN CASE AND HAD THE OWNER IN COURT ON CITATION FOR THE HOARDING SITUATION AND EXPECTED TO GET A CLEAN UP ORDER FROM THE COURTS TO HAVE THE PROPERTY CLEANED.
