11/05/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON SITE WITH TPD AND BRUSH AND BULKY THE PROPERTY WAS CLEANED OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS. THE UNIT HAD BEEN COMPROMISED AND ARCADIA WAS CALLED TO REBOARD AN AREA. TPD ENSURED THAT NO ONE WAS INSIDE THE UNIT. THE BLUE JMV THAT IS FULL OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS REMAINS IN THE FRONT YARD OF THE PROPERTY.
04/15/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site with T.P.D. and inspector Tidwell to check the site for compliance. Did find some of the people from another property where checking with T.P.D. on this site. They were asked to leave and than met with the person claiming to be the owner of the property. The property has the travel trailer removed but still has the trash and debris, storage and the J.M.V.'s. Did give the person a citation and did go over on controling the activity on the property due to the people coming are causing the violation. T.P.D. did also advised to call for T.P.D. to respond and to record the call is issues on the property. Did go over the issues of the citation and if done before the court date to call to remove the citation. Will wait for the court date. RV.
02/16/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did meet with the people cleaning the property. They are placing items in the alley at this time for pick up. The trailer is boarded up at this time. Will check next week. RV.
02/12/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property to check the site due to getting calls that people are staying in the rear yard. All the people were removed from the travel trailer in the rear yard, the made up tent and the rear room in the rear of the house that was attached to the house. Did find people in the vehicles on the front of the house. Removed approx. 14 people from the property. The trailer was secured and posted Do Not Enter on the window by the main door to the Trailer. Has windows that will need to be secured and will be done by this evening. The person living in the house signed the paperwork on vacating all the people from the property. Will be checking the site often due to the calls that came in. Did have a person to secure the site and clean the property by Friday. RV.
11/12/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The suppose owner was not on site and did find males in the rear yard. The rear yard was not cleaned and the structure was still in place but no one was inside the structure. Did call the phone number with no answer and was able to leave a message. Will go back and find the suppose new owner and will call. RV.
