Arrived on site and found clean up had started at the property. Carport area cleaned and along side of carport was also done. Still an issue was Jmv under carport with a flat tire and not covered, trash bags in back yard just scattered about when they have a 40yd rolloff in rear yard. Called owner who stated this is his rental property and he did not see the notice. He asked for a copy and let me know they just rec'd his eviction notice and he gave them 30 days. Will follow up on this case at end of January |
