The did call the landfill and someone was sent to check the site and if one of the loaders could be used and the trees will be pulled so the roots can be pulled out. This will be scheduled once the bluestake has been called in and completed on the inspection. RV.

11/20/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and posted more N.O.V. on the property. Did find the same person at one of the camps and went over that when the cleaning starts, that will not have enough time to remove items from the property. While on site the T.P.D. officer that was on site to assist on the vehicle found on the property has a No Tresspassing letter signed from one of the relatives of the owners that lives in Mexico. I did go back to let the homeless people know that the letter was signed and that they could be arrested at this time. The people left the site. Did have another camp and those people were different people and they all left the site once told of the letter signed. Did receive an address and phone number of some to call to make contact with the owner of the properly. Did call and talk to a nephew and gave the updates and what is happening on the property. He will make contact with the owners and give my phone number to call me. RV.
10/30/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and did the posting of the property needing to be cleaned on 2- different areas. Did find someone on the property and they were warned that the City of Tucson will be coming to have the property cleaned and has no certain date at this time. Will check in 7 days. RV.
