I COULD NOW SEE CLEARLY INTO THE TRUSS ROOF SYSTEM. FOUND THE 3FT X 4FT PATCH ON THE ROOF HAD BEEN COMPLETED. CLEARLY NO FIRE DAMAGE TO THE TRUSSES. THE OWNERS HAD THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TO THE ENTIRE BUILDING EVALUATED BY CASCADE ELECTRICAL AND WERE ABLE TO HAVE THE ENTIRE BUILDING TURNED BACK ON EXCEPT FOR THE FIRE DAMAGED UNIT #237. UNIT 237 REMAINED VACANT AND BOARDED. THE OCCUPANTS IN UNIT 137 BELOW OPTED OUT OF THEIR LEASE AND WERE ALLOWED TO LEAVE. THE REMAINING 8 OCCUPANTS WERE ALLOWED TO REENTER THEIR UNITS. HOLES PLACED IN THE DRYWALL BY TFD HAVE BEEN PATCHED. THERE ARE NO PENDING HAZARDS AND COMPLETES ONE OF TWO NOV'S. THE OWNER HAS THE NOV FOR PERMITS REQUIRED OF FIRE DAMAGED UNIT #237.. C/E INSPECTOR MOVES TO CLOSE THE CASE FOR THE COMPLEX AND ELECTRICAL ISSUES. CASE FOR PERMITS REQUIRED FOR UNIT #237 STANDS. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE. |
