BUILDING OFFICIAL STATED IT IS APPROVED WORK INCLUDED IN THE PLANS AND PERMIT. ATTEMPT TO CONTACT OWNER REGARDING SECUREMENT @ 10:40AM WITHOUT SUCCESS, TPD ALSO ATTEMPTED COMMUNICATION WITHOUT SUCCESS. PHOTOS OBTAINED OF THE PROPERTY REGARDING ON GOING HOMELESS CAMP AND DEBRIS THAT IS NOT ABATED. REAR OF THE PROPERTY STILL HAS THE BURNT DEBRIS FROM THE FIRE THAT OCCURRED THAT CAUSE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT COMPLEX TO BE CONDEMNED. PROPERTY CONTINUES TO BE NEGLECTED, AND HARBORING TRESPASSERS COMMITTING UNLAWFUL ACTS. WHILE ON SITE WAITING ON CONTRACTORS TO SECURE PROPERTY HIGH VOLUME OF FOOT TRAFFIC CONTINUES ON THE PROPERTY ATTEMPTING TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE UNSECURED BUILDING AND ABANDONED HOMELESS CAMPS. REAR PEDISTRIAN GATE HAS BEEN PADLOCKED, FRONT ENTRANCE HAS BEEN SECURED WITH TEMPORARY FENCING TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED TRESPASSING
