Arrived on site and met with Melody who is here at the property and states lives here. Let her know why I was here and she was frustrated with the neighborhood calling the police department Child welfare and now code enforcement on this property. I told her I was here to do an inspection and she took the kids inside. Found trash and debris in front yard with old Christmas tree and tree branches, trash and debris along side curb off of Langley to include branches old wood and a tree stump all along curb area. Rear alley had large Tree stumps not on property and in the same area found buckets of what looked to be transmission and oil. More trash and debris along corner of the property in alley.Had two skid steers in rear yard and a dump truck that was under 21 feet in length. Will move to NOV. There were possible oil spots along Langley side of the property but nothing wet looks like spots already into pavement |
