After inspection found that fire started at the westend/rear of the property behide some appliances, fire damage some electrical behind the washer and dryer due to heat, breaker in panel was popping, had owner have licensed electrician isolate the area so that COT would not have to shut the property down. electrician signed off on isolation, will be issuing notice For work without the Proper permits and damage electrical. |
