After inspection found that property was very clean does have the same vehicles that I inspected last time does have one Chevy truck with the hood open but the truck is operable only reason for the hood being open is to keep Pack rats away, owner did advise me that a tow truck was here a couple weeks ago but only because the pack Ate the electrical and the insurance company totaled the car, so they sent a tow truck To pick it up, no violations at this time everything is under permit and storage container is approved and more the 20’ from property line. He did have some dead vegetation east of the property But he advised me that he will be cutting it down for firewood for the barbecue pit. Will be closing case for now no violations at this time at this location. |
