VISITED SITE, I FOUND THE FRONT YARD TO BE VERY CLEAN, NO TRASH, DEBRIS OR WEEDS. THE FRONT YARD HAD A SIX FT BLOCK WALL AROUND THE ENTIRE YARD. I DROVE TO THE ALLEY, FOUND THE REAR YARD TO BE VERY CLEAN, NO DEBRIS OR STORAGE. I FOUND NO SIGNAGE FOR A BUSINESS, FOUND NO VEHICLES PARKED IN THE STREET, NO EVIDENCE OF A BUSINESS BEING RUN FROM THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
