FRONT FENCE WAS FOR FEET IN HEIGHT, BLOCK / STUCCO WITH 3 FT OF WROGHT IRON ON THE TOP OF THE WALL FOR APPROX 7 FT IN HEIGHT, ORIGINAL FENCE. WROUGHT IRON GATE HAD A KEYED LOCK IN PLACE. ALL WINDOW AND DOOR OPERNINGS WERE EITHER PROPERLY LOCKED, BOARDED, OR SECURED WITH WROUGHT IRON BUT ALL SECURED. ON THE SOUTH PERIMETER FENCE WAS A 6FT CHAIN LINK FENCE, ON THE EAST PERIMETER WAS A METAL FENCE BETWEEN THIS PROPERTY AND THE ABUTTING PROPERTY TO THE EAST, AND TO THE NORTH THIS BUILDING AND THE ADJOINING STRUCTURE TO THE NORTH SHARED A TALL BRICK WALL, IT WAS DETERIORATING. THE BUILDING WAS VACANT BUT SECURED AND FENCED. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF TRESPASSING. ALL WOOD SURFACES EXPOSE TO THE SUN ARE BECOMING DELAPIDATED OR WEATHERED. ALL FRONT ANS SIDE ADOBE STUCCO ARE IN GOOD SHAPE, SOME DETERIORATION TO THE REAR WALLS. OWNERS WOULD NEED TO PETITION HISTORIC. CODE ENFORCEMENT HAS NO ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE
