MANAGEMENT HAS SUBMITTED AN ABANDONED TITLE AND PER THEIR LAWYER NOT ALLOWING THE LIEN HOLDER INTO THE TRAILER UNTIL SHE GETS HER NAME ONTO THE TITLE AS THE OWNER A LOT OF LEGALL FOOTWORK NEEDING TO BE TAKEN BY THE LIENHOLDER TO GET BACK ONTO THE TITLE AS THE OWNER WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE PARK MANAGEMENT HAS FILED FOR ABANDONED TITLE. THE MAINTANENCE CREW HAS SECURED THE REAR DOOR AND WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IN SECUREING THE FRONT SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND THE FRONT PORCH DOOR IF THEY REQUIRE THE PORCH BE SECURED. POWER WAS SHUT OFF AND LOCKED OUT AT THE PEDESTAL. TRAILER HAD BEEN GONE THRU AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS SCATTERED THRU OUT THE TRAILER. OWNER IS DECEASED. TRAILER WAS POSTED "UNFIT TO OCCUPY" AT THE REQUEST OF TPD. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
