ON SITE, SPOKE TO OWNER'S DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE. THE HOUSE IS VACANT. THE INSIDE OF THE WALL WAS PAINTED BY THE OWNER'S GRANDSON IT IS NOT GRAFFITI. THE DOOR TO THE HOT WATER HEATER IS CLOSE. WINDOW OPEN IN THE EAST SIDE OF STRUCTURE. SPOKE TO OWNER'S DAUGHTER ON SITE WILL FIX WINDOW. NO VERIFY. CLOSE CASE. |
