THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY BOARDED DUE TO THE EXTENT OF THE FIRE, MULTIPLE BOARDED WINDOWS HAVE BEEN CHARRED AND ARE NO LONGER ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING. 09/21/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the units were started to clean up and checking for hot spots. The fire investigators were on site and checking for cause. This property has had fires on the property before this incident. The property is a total lost and all the utilities were off since the last incident. The fire was at the rear of the house and the roof has completely burned to where nothing exists. The front of the house has charring and the some of the wood 1x planking is starting to burn through on the roof. The windows had plywood and the rear has burned the plywood the existed over the windows to secure the property. Was not able to make contact with the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Not able to make contact with the owner and did the posting of the paperwork on the front of the house next to the Do Not Enter on the window. All the openings were secured when completed. Did place an city lock on the front security door due the owners lock was cut to gain entry into the house. The house has no ceiling and the roof was opened completely. RV.
