10/02/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE HOMEOWNER WHO STATED HE RECEIVED MY CARD, STATED HE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND HAD TO HAVE HIS LEG AMPUTATED. HE REMOVED THE MATTRESS AND SOME TRASH IN THE FRONT YARD, HAS DONATED THE REFRIGERATOR AND JUST WAITING FOR THE PEOPLE TO COME PICK IT UP, HE STATED HE REMOVED THE TOOLS FROM THE WEST SIDE YARD AND JUST NEEDS TIME TO REMOVE THE DEBRIS ON THE EAST SIDE. HE IS STILL IN A WHEEL CHAIR AND I TOLD HIM I WOULD GIVE HIM THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND ASKED HE CONTACT PEOPLE TO REMOVE THE REFRIGERATOR. HE ALSO ASKED IF HE COULD KEEP BARBECUE GRILLE IN THE FRONT YARD AREA NEXT TO THE PORCH, EASIER FOR HIM TO GET TO IN THE CHAIR. I TOLD HIM THAT WOULD BE OK.
09/22/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved INSPECTION DID FIND A REFER ON THE FRONT PORCH, AND A MATTRESS IN THE FRONT YARD, TRASH AND DEBRIS ON THE WEST AND EAST SIDE YARD AREAS. LEFT A BUSINESS CARD FOR THE OWNER.
