Entered by VIDAL - Met with the owner on site and check the structure that was built on the side of the house attached. The structure is a metal type building on the north side of the house. Has setback issues on the neighbors side and the lot use has been exceeded. The house has a porch in the rear of the house and is attached. The front of the house also has a porch that is also attached. Has a garage that is detached at the rear of the property for 2-vehicles. Did go over that plans will need to be done showing all the structures on the property and may require a D.D.O. The size of the structure is approx. 28' x 60' and as high as the existing house. The owner is trying to move to a smaller house down the street. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
