The tenant called that the work has been done and the AC unit is working. Did check the unit and the the fan and the handler has been replaced with new and is working at this time. The interior of the unit has also been cleaned and have clear paths to all door and windows. The tenant has no other complaints. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
