THE ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER HAS BEEN PROACTIVE BY CONTACTING A POWER PLANT RENTAL COMPANY TO ESTABLISH TEMPORARY POWER TO THE PARK. A LICENSE CONTRACTOR HAS BEEN HIRED TO REPLACE THREE ELECTRICAL DISCONNECTS UNDER T20EL00433 PERMIT. ACCORDING TO THE PARK MANAGER ONLY ONE KNOWN UNIT IS CURRENTLY WITHOUT WATER DUE TO A NEARBY TREE ROOTS. THE TREE HAS BEEN RECENTLY REMOVED AND THE PARK MANAGEMENT IS WAITING FOR T.E.P. TO DISPATCH A CREW TO STABILIZE A LIGHT POLE THAT WAS ALSO BEEN COMPROMISED BY THE TREE. THE OCCUPANT TO THE UNIT WITHOUT WATER IS BEING ACCOMMODATED AT THE COMMUNITY CLUB HOUSE WITH BATHROOM ACCESS WHILE REPAIRS ARE BEING MADE. AT THIS TIME THE PROPERTY MANAGER HAS BEEN TAKING THE APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO CORRECT THE UNEXPECTED REPAIRS.
