OWNER HAS BEEN CONTACTED REGARDING UNSECURED UNITS AND HOMELESS CAMP HE STATED THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE ON THE PROPERTY. OWNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THE ISSUE NEEDS TO BE CALLED TO TPD.
