ON SITE, SPOKE TO MANAGER. VEHICLE HIT DECORATIVE WOOD COLUMN WITH STUCCO AND WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED. NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE MAIN STRUCTURE. THE COLUMN WAS PART OF THE FACADE. THE VHICLE WAS REMOVED. MANAGER SIGN THE NOV FOR PERMIT REQUIRED AND INDEMNIFICATION. THE FRONT AREA IS TAPE OFF AND THE LOBBY IS CLOSED UNTIL THE AREA IS CLEAN. WORKERS ARE WORKING ON CLEANIING THE AREA. |

Stop by the site to check the damage. The wood decrative column was removed and had a MC cable hanging from the column. The wire was cut before the vehicle was removed due to the column was resting on the vehicle. The vehicle was attached at the bottom on 2 x 4 plates and mounted to the top facade. The main structure is OK. On site with inspector Morales. RV. |
