KNOCKED ON DOOR AGAIN SEVERAL TIMES BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. THERE ARE SIGNS ON THE DOOR FRO NO SOLICITING, DO NOT DISTURB AND NO TRESPASSING. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO MAKE CONTACT. INSPECTOR MOVES TO CLOSE THE CASE BECAUSE ORIGINAL ISSUES ARE WITH 1243 N 2ND AND ALL ELECTRICAL HAZARDS HAVE BEEN ABATED BY TEP. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
09/08/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I CONTACTED TONY BARRAZA TEP FIELD SUPERVISOR AND GAVE HIM THE INFORMATION FOR THE TEP CALL ON THE PROPERTY, AFTER TONY RECEIVED THE INFORMATION HE ASKED I CONTACT THE MAP ROOM TO GET DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE CALL. I CALLED MAP ROOM WHO INFORMED ME THERE WAS NO WORK DONE LAST WEEK AT 1247 N 2ND AND ASKED IF THERE WAS ANOTHER RELATED ADDRESS. I GAVE MAP ROOM THE 1243 ADDRESS AND WAS TOLD THAT YES THERE WAS A EMERGENCY CALL FOR THE FENCE BEING HOT BECAUSE OF A DAMAGED AND DOWNED ELECTRICAL LINE. FIELD TECH DID GO OUT AND REPLACE 150 FT OF ELECTRICAL LINE FROM THE POLE TO THE STRUCTURE. I ASKED ABOUT GETTING THE TREES TRIMMED. TEP STATED THAT BECAUSE IT'S ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, THE OWNER WOULD NEED TO SET UP A SCHEDULE WITH THEIR TREE TRIMMER, CONTACT TEP AND ASK FOR A POWER KILL UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETED AND THEN CALL TO HAVE POWER TURNED BACK ON.
SO THE ELECTRICAL HAZARDS HAVE BEEN ABATED BY TEP AT THE 1243 N 2ND AV. THE HOT FEEDS TO THE SERVICE PANEL HAVE BEEN REMOVED. I WAS UNABLE TO GET AHOLD OF THE OWNER AT 1247 N 2ND ST. C/E HAS NO HISTORY, NO PHONE INFO, AND UNABLE TO GET AHOLD OF HIM WHILE ON SITE.
