SPOKE TO TENANT ON PHONE SHE STATED THEY HIRED SOMEONE TO REPAIR THE SWAMP COOLER. THE WATER PUMP WAS REPLACED. MICE IN THE UNIT. SOME OF THE OUTLETS WHEN BEING USED WILL BLOW THE FUSES/BREAKER. |
