Met with caller who was very concerned about this property. States they built up the washroom in carport and now using it as another rental unit, as owner rents the main house and now this area. Was able to see two portable a/c units and front and rear along with two doors front and rear. Windows and rear porch light also added. Will do research before moving foward on this case. Since my first visit on 09/02/20 a rolloff is now on property and 90% of trash and debris in rear yards was already removed |
