Arrived on site and spoke to a man outside in carport area, who states he is a tenant that is moving out today, had a uhal truck loaded with his stuff in driveway. Will make contact with owner about the trash and debris in rear yard and in alley. Called owner while on site but no answer did leave a phone message |
