Arrived on site and checked the 8yd metal dumpsters from Waste Management along the East side of complex next to the wash. One full and one 1/2 full. There is an 8ft chainlink fence with barbed wire on top of that along the wash area, I dont see items coming from the apartment side, small amount of debris in wash possible from rain run off. Will close out this case |
