C/E HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES, OCCUPANT HAS MET OUT CRITERIA. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
08/05/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REVISITED SITE, MET WITH MANAGER MONIQUE. C/E WALKED THE UNIT AND FOUND THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM FOR THE OCCUPANT HAD BEEN CLEANED AND A GOOD JOB COMPLETED ON THE BATHROOM . I INFORMED MANGER OF THE WORK COMPLETED AND CONDITION. MANAGER ASKED IF I COULD EXTEND THE NOTICE TO FIVE DAYS AS SHE ISSUED THEIR OWN NOTICE TO CLEAN THE UNIT GIVING HIM FIVE DAYS. I AGREED THAT THE CITY AND MANAGEMENT BEING ON THE SAME PAGE WAS IN THE BEST INTREST OF THE OCCUPANT WHO IS ASIAN AND SPEAKES BROKEN ENGLISH, MAKING IT EASIER FORTHE OCCUPANT TO UNDERSTAND TIME FRAMES. I WILL MEET WITH MANAGEMENT AGAIN ON 8/10 FOR COMPLIANCE. OCCUPANT THEN FACES EVICTION BY MANAGEMENT IF CLEAN UP IS NOT COMPLETED.
