I VISITED STHE SITE AND MET WITH TFD CAPTAIN WHO STATED THEY ARRIVED ON SCENE, FOUND A BROKEN LINE TO THE TOILET IN UNIT #24 AND THE WATER WAS EXITING THIS UNIT THRU THE A/C CHASE TO THE UNIT #4 BELOW. THE VALVE STOP WAS TURNED OFF AND THE WATER LINE TO THE TOILET DISCONNECTED. I FOUND TFD HAD REMOVED THE FRONT DOOR THRESHOLD AND MOVED ALL FURNITURE OUT OF UNIT 24 AND MOVED THE WATER OUTOF BOTH UNITS 4 AND 24. THE FLOORING IN BOTH UNITS WAS A LINOLIUM TILE AND APPEARED TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE, NO LIFTING DURING THE TIME OF MY INSPECTION. a MAINTANENCE PERSON ARRIVED AND REPLACED THE ANGLE STOP AND WATER LINE TO THE TOILET. THE FLOORING WAS DRYING OUT. MANAGER WAS CONTACTED, SHE STATED HER FLOORING COMPANY WAS CALLED BUT WOULD NOT BE OUT UNTIL ABOUT 5 AM. I ASKED IF THEY WOULD SANITIZE THE UNIT AND PLACE DRYERS INSIDE ONCE THEY WERE COMPLETED. MANAGER STATED THAT ALL GOES THRU THE REGIONAL MANAGER. MET WITH TENANTS AND GAVE THEM TIME FRAMES FOR THE WATER EXTRACTION AND SANITATION. OCCUPANTS TOLD TFD THEY WOULD NOT REQUIRE RED CROSS. UNIT 24 WAS IN THE PROCESS OF JUST MOVING IN AND HAD WEDNESDAY OFF, THE OCCUPANT IN #4 STATED THE WATER IN HIS UNIT WAS NOT AS BAD AS THAT IN #24 AND WOULD STAY IN HIS UNIT FOR THE WATER EXTRACTION COMPANY.
NOV WAS ISSUED TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED WATER VALVE, IT WAS COMPLETED WHILE I WAS ON SITE. THE FLOORING WAS DRYING AND FURNITURE BEING PLACED BACK INTO THE UNIT. NOV INCLUDED CHECKING AND DRYING THE A/C UNIT IN #4, AND EXTRACTING WATER AND SANITIZIING BOTH UNITS, REPLACING THE FRONT DOOR THRESHOLDS. MANAGER STATED SHE WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR THE EXTRACTION COMPANY AND EMAIL HAS GONE OUT TO REGIONAL TO INCLUDE SANITATION OF THE UNITS.
