UNIT 23 HAS BEEN SOLD AND OCCUPANT IS IN THE PROCESS IN MOVING IN SINCE 10/25/2020. FOUND GAS METER TAGGED LOCKED FOR HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS, WATER HEATER HAS BEEN SWITCHED FROM GAS TO ELECTRIC AND HAS NEW PEX PLUMBING. A NEW 20 AMP BREAKER AND CIRCUIT HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE PEDISTAL TO ENERGIZE AN AC UNIT. THE MOBILE HOME IS ENERGIZED BY A 50 AMP BREAKER AND CORD WITH A SECOND WINDOW MOUNT AC UNIT. ROOF COVERING HAS A MATERIAL THAT RESEMBLES A TARP STICKING OUT OF THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF THE ROOF TOP. THE AREA IN WHICH THE KITCHEN IS LOCATED HAS OPENINGS FOR A CLOTHING DRYER POTENTIALLY A CHANGE OF FLOOR PLAN HAS OCCURED. UNIT 27 NO ONE WAS HOME NEIGHBORS DID STATE SOMEONE IS OCCUPYING THE UNIT AND HAS BEEN RECENTLY REMODELED
