Office called that the property has bees. Arrived and the house is vacant and unsecured. Did find the windows opened in the rear of the house (2) and one in the front of the house. The property has tall grass and weeds, a J.M.V. on the south side of the house. A white Chevy Vega license plate VCT 782. Has 2-palm trees in the front where the fronds are below 10'. The roof leaks and the walls are adobe and show signs of deteriorating from the water inside the house. The adobe shows weatherization and falling apart through out the exterior of the walls at the bottom portion of the house. The windows were screwed shut that and all the other windows were secured which were casement windows. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window due to was not posted. Did have the Notice of Violation on 2-location on the front window. Did N.O.V. and will check if wants posted or mailed. RV. |
