ANOTHER POTENTIAL FACTOR EXTERIOR BUILDING'S PROTECTIVE COATING IS IN NEED TO BE RE-APPLIED TO PREVENT THE EXTERIOR STUCCO FROM ABSORBING THE RAINWATER INTO THE INTERIOR WALL CELLS.
