TWO VERY LARGE TREE LIMBS THAT WERE OVERHANING THE SIDEWALK AREA WERE CUT AWAY FROM THE TREE AND NO LONGER OBSTRUCT OR CREATE HAZARDS ALONG THE SIDEWALK AREA. THE TREE LIMBS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE WERE ALSO REMOVED. PROPERTY MANAGER RECEIVING BIDS TO REPAIR THE FENCE. THERE ARE NO FURTHER ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
