Arrived on site and found changed to the carport area was cleaned up and no issues. Issues remaining weeds and grass in front side yard and trash and debris in front yard tree trimmings. Knocked on door however no answer. Made a call and the owners called me back who stated he has renters there but will make sure it is cleaned up by April 1. Will follow up then |

Arrived on site for another follow up at this property to find no change. Weeds and grass over 6 inches in front yard and side yard. Trash and debris in the form of droppings from the tree in front and palm fronds along the front and side yard. Trash and debris under carport and can be seen from the street a mattress and box of clothes. In rear alley weeds and grass, length of the property in alley. Called and left a message with number provided |
