Received a text on the owner was on site inside the house. Arrived and the owner was found inside the house asleep. The property has no utilities at this time due to lack of payment. The owner was asked to leave the house and remove the items out of the house due the house will be boarded up again. The owner was advised that the property will be fenced and will need to get contractors to work on the house. The owner will be cited for trash and debris, J.M.V., storage, tresspassing for being in the house and was found asleep. The house was still posted for Do Not Enter all around the house and had the front door locked from inside the house with a chain and lock. Called Arciaden Industries to the site to have the house re-secured. Called Biff Baker Fence Company to place a fence all around the property to prevent the owner and friends from jumping the fence and the neighboring fence and wall. The neighbors are complianing on the activity that happens at night. Did check in the interior of the house and not much has been done since last inspected when letting the owner do work on the house. From this time on and any work to be done on the property will need a contractor to be doing the work. The owner was advised that he can not be on the property with out a contractor doing the work. Did have inspector SAM on site to witness the citation being issued and the condition on being on the property. RV. |
