THERE ARE MULTIPLE WALL STUDS WITH FIRE DAMAGE. THERE ARE TWO 2 X 4 WINDOWS, TWO MAN DOORS AND THE GARAGE DOOR DAMAGED. THE HOME HAS THREE EXIT DOORS THAT WERE FORCE OPENED AND WITH BROKEN DOOR JAMS. THE HALLWAY WALL WHICH ABUTS THE GARAGE HAS INSPECTION HOLES. THE EXTERIOR OF THE GARAGE HAS STUCCO FINISH DAMAGED. ELECTRICAL: THE INTERIOR OF THE GARAGE HAS BARE, BURNT WIRING. INTERIOR HALLWAY HAS EXPOSED ELECTRICAL CABLES. TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER AT THE TRANSFORMER. PLUMBING: THE GARAGE HAD A GAS FIRED WATER HEATER WITH GAS FLEX LINE DAMAGED. GAS WAS PINNED OFF. MECHANICAL: MILD SMOKE DAMAGE TO INTERIOR. REMARKS: THE HOME WAS CONDEMNED, DUE TO POWER DISCONNECTED. SECURITY CO DICTOGRAPH WILL SECURE THE DAMAGED OPENINGS. PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS. |
