AT THE NORTH PART OF THE MOBILE HOME HAS SOME DAMAGE FROM WHAT HAS BEEN REPORTED A FALLEN TREE. AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION, THE TREE HAS BEEN REMOVED AND STACKED AT THE STREET PENDING FOR DISPOSAL. AT MY INSPECTION THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF AN IMMEDIATE HAZARD, AND WAS UNABLE TO VERIFY IF ANY ELECTRICAL HAS BEEN DAMAGED OR MODIFIED IN A NON-CODE COMPLAINT MANNER. THE UNIT DOES HAVE MAJORITY OF THE WINDOWS BOARDED, UNABLE TO CONFIRM IF THE UNIT IS BEING OCCUPIED. AFTER MAKING CONTACT WITH A PROPERTY REPRESENTATIVE; IT HAS BEEN STATED THAT THE UNIT IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND THE MOBILE HOME PARK HAS NO OWNERSHIP OVER THE UNIT. REPRESENTATIVE ALSO STATED TUCSON FIRE HAD RESPONDED THE DAY OF THE INCIDENT AND EVALUATED THE SCENE INCLUDING OCCUPANTS. WITH THIS INFORMATION GIVEN, CODE ENFORCEMENT CONTACTED ADMINISTRATION REGARDING THE INFORMATION TO FIND OUT IF AN ON-CALL INSPECTOR OR A DAY TIME INSPECTOR WAS DISPATCHED AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. NO RECORD HAS BEEN OBTAINED THAT TUCSON FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORTED THE NEED OF BUILDING SAFETY TO EVALUATE THE SCENE. UNABLE TO VERIFY AMOUNT OF DAMAGE, IF THE UNIT IS BEING OCCUPIED, OR IF THE ELECTRICAL WAS AFFECTED. AT THIS TIME CODE ENFORCEMENT HAS NO LEGAL RIGHT OF ENTRY AND IS LIMITED ON ACCESS TO INSPECT DAMAGE WITHOUT VIOLATING PRIVACY RIGHTS WITHOUT THE MOBILE HOME OWNER'S CONSENT. PROPERTY'S REPRESENTATIVE STATED HE DOES NOT HAVE HOME OWNER'S CONTACT INFORMATION. IF ANY STRUCTURAL REPAIRS OR MODIFICATIONS IS COMMENCED AT THIS MOBILE HOME UNIT, THESE REPAIRS AND CORRECTIONS MUST BE COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES WHICH CAN INCLUDE THE REQUIREMENT OF A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER.
