Arrived on site and checked location of building H unit #2. Building is not off the street but in middle of other buildings. Check parking lots K and parking lot F the closest lots to this unit and did not see anything as discribed. Spoke to maint man and states there is no issues like that here as they patrol the parking lots too. Two lots were clear today, will close out this case |
