Have talk to the owner of the property and she called the Planning and Development Services Department to have the fence installed. She was told that the permit was not required at this time. Did received paperwork on the fencing below 6' where the permit is not required and being exempt from Planning and Development Services Department. The area was survey and the owner has gone inside the area of the pins into her property to make sure not on the other property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
