While doing the research found where the carport converted to a garage has been made into living space. Found no permit for the change from the garage to living space. Did talk to the owner of the property and went over the permit being required. Did give the phone number to call to check on what needs to be done to apply for the permit. Did let the owner know to show that the garage is existing and not all new contruction. Will do N.O.V. RV.
