THE PARTITIONED 2 X 4 WALL STUDS ARE BURNT AND DAMAGED BETWEEN THE CARPORT AND LIVING AND THE STORAGE ROOM AND THE KITCHEN. THE INTERIOR DRYWALL TO THE CEILING AND WALLS IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM ARE DAMAGED; ALL FLOORS IN THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME ARE WET. THIS HOME WAS PREVIOUSLY VACANT AND BOARDED. THE FRONT DOOR AND FRONT 5 X 5 WINDOW ARE DAMAGED

ELECTRICAL: CARPORT AND STORAGE ROOM HAVE BARE WIRING WITH BURNT ENCLOSURES THROUGH OUT. THE PARTITIONED WALL AND THE CEILING AREA IN THE LIVING HAS EXPOSED WIRING. TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER.



PLUMBING: SWG DID PINNED METER OFF



MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE, APPLIANCE WERE NOT VISIBLE.


REMARKS: PERMITS REQUIRED, THE CITY SECURED THE PROPERTY / DWELLING BY BOARDING AND THE INSTALL OF TEMP FENCE PANELS, THE HOME IS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY.
