Arrived and met with the management on site. They have been having issues with the tenant all day and threatening people on the mobile home park. The tenant has an RV on space #38 and has removed some windows, has no gas to the RV, the electrical pedistal has a life line to a subpanel in a plastic box with a subpanel having a 12 gauge wire going to the RV and giving power to surge protector and having extension cords giving power to other appliances in the RV. The life line was removed and lock from the mobile home park locking the cover to the pedistal for space #38. The RV was condemned and a sticker placed on the front windsheild. The management will be secuing the RV at 8:00 AM tomorrow due to not able to get anyone tonight. The management signed the paperwork on site. The tenant was removed by T.P.D. and taken for evaluation. The management will be working on removing the RV from the mobile home park at that time while the tenant is being evaluated. Did give a placard to place on the plywood when secured tomorrow. At this time the RV is locked at the door. RV. |
