THE PROPERTY ADDRESSED AT 930 E 2ND ST HAS DISCHARGED WATER FROM THERE SPRINKLER SYSTEM ONTO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING VIA A HOSE WHICH DRAINED THE WATER ONTO THE STREET. THE CONSTRUCTION SITE HAS CONTAMINATED DIRT, CONCRETE AND OTHER BUILDING MATERIAL IN THIS ZONE. THE COMPANY HAS FAILED TO PREVENT OR IMPLEMENT (BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES (BMP) AND ALLOWED THE DISCHARGE OF CONTAMINATED WATER TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT, THE STORM WATER INSPECTOR FLORES DID OUTLINE CLEAN UP ACTION PLAN. I DID ADVISED THE SUPERINTENDENT THAT A SUMMONS WOULD BE ISSUED FORTHWITH. THE SUPERINTENDENT STATED HE WILL IMPLEMENT AND START THE CLEAN UP AND THE INSTALL OF WATTLES (BMP) TODAY. THE CLEANUP HAS STARTED. PHOTOS OF THE SITE WILL BE FORWARD TO MYSELF TODAY. |
