arrived on site and met with tenant at the property who showed me to the rear alley where I saw ponding of water. Vegetation too deep back there to get a good assessment. Tenant states he would contact a plumber to get out here and fix the issue. Will follow up with a notice of violation to property owner and to tenant and follow up |
