Found no change in the alley. Talked to the tenants and stated the owners do not live at that Quiet Valley address, thats why mail was returned. Owner has never been notified. Will send another NOV under a new case number after speaking to onwer. |

Arrived on site and found no change with weeds.grass trash and debris in alley behind this property to include mattress and palm fronds. Side yard with weeds/grass and debris. Owner never recieved the NOV as postage was returned to sender. Will send it out again. |
