THESE SIGNS ARE ERECTED IN THE CITY OF TUCSON CENTER LANE MEDIAN. AT THE TOWER PLAZA THE ADDRESS OF 3817 B THERE IS A PERMANENT AFFIXED SIGN AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE SAYING "THE TINT SHOP" BELOW THE PERMANENT SIGN IS A BANNER SIGN NOT ATTACHED PROPERLY BY THE FOUR CORNERS SAYING "WINDOW TINTING". BEFORE ENTERING THE BUSINESS FROM THE WINDOW VIEW A MALE HAD PROPERLY RESTRAINED A PET DOG BEHIND A GATE AND SIGNALED ME TO ENTER. ONCE CODE ENFORCEMENT PROVIDED INFORMATION REGARDING THE COMPLAINT THE MALE OCCUPANT STATED HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUSINESS OR HAS ANY RELATION TO THE BUSINESS. I LEFT THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION INSIDE OF THE BUILDING FOR THE BUSINESS OWNER OR RESPONSIBLE PARTY TO REMOVE THE NON-PERMITTED ADVERTISEMENT FROM THE CITY OF TUCSON PROPERTY AND TO OBTAIN PROPER PERMITS FOR THE BANNER AND FOR IT TO BE PROPERLY SECURED. |
